You can request deletion of your LifeGuide account and associated app data from inside the LifeGuide app.
LifeGuide 앱 안에서 LifeGuide 계정과 연결된 앱 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
If you cannot access the app, email admin@easylinkai.online from the email address used for your LifeGuide account and include "LifeGuide account deletion" in the subject.
앱에 접근할 수 없다면 LifeGuide 계정에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 admin@easylinkai.online 로 이메일을 보내고 제목에 "LifeGuide account deletion"을 포함하세요.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked app data, including LifeGuide API credit ledger records and Firebase app data associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, chargeback handling, accounting, or other legitimate business needs.
삭제 범위
삭제 요청은 계정에 연결된 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 익명화합니다. 여기에는 LifeGuide API 크레딧 원장 기록과 계정에 연결된 Firebase 앱 데이터가 포함됩니다. 다만 법적 준수, 사기 방지, 보안, 환불·차지백 처리, 회계 또는 정당한 사업상 필요가 있는 경우 일부 기록은 보관될 수 있습니다.
Timing
In-app deletion requests are processed immediately where technically possible. Email requests are reviewed manually.
