Data we collect
Depending on the features you use, LifeGuide may collect account information such as user ID, email address, display name, and language; profile and personalization data such as goals, tasks, notes, daily planning context, and optional health or fitness details; AI prompt content you submit; credit, rewarded ad, and subscription status; and technical data handled by platform SDKs.

AI processing (DeepSeek)
When you ask LifeGuide for AI help (for example daily planning, decision support, meal or exercise guidance, or organizing a note), the context relevant to your request is sent through the LifeGuide API to DeepSeek, our third-party AI provider, to generate a response. This context may include summaries of your schedule, tasks, and notes; your meal, exercise, and body records; and health details such as conditions or allergies when they are relevant to your request.
LifeGuide sends a trimmed summary and only the context relevant to each request rather than your full stored history. The LifeGuide API server is designed not to store raw AI prompts, notes, daily summaries, or AI responses by default. DeepSeek processes the request to generate the response; see DeepSeek's own terms for how they handle API data.

Service providers
LifeGuide may use Firebase/Google services for authentication and app data sync, DeepSeek for AI response generation, Google AdMob for rewarded ads, RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscriptions, and Cloudflare for secure API transport and routing.

Free users may earn AI credits by watching rewarded ads. Advertising SDKs may process device identifiers and ad interaction data. LifeGuide does not use personal or sensitive health, notes, calendar, contacts, or AI prompt content to target ads.

Security
LifeGuide uses HTTPS for network transport. AI provider API keys are kept on servers and are not included in mobile app builds. Access to user-linked API data requires authentication, and the server checks that the authenticated user matches the requested user ID.

We retain user data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion in the app or from the account deletion page linked below.
